Conference Registration
The IWMPI conference portal is open and conference registration is possible. Please do not hesitate to contact us by e-mail if you have any questions regarding registration or specific requirements.
Registration process
The first step is to set up a personal account in the IWMPI conference portal. You can then log in and complete the conference registration via the ticket store. During the registration process in the ticket store, you can enter the billing address required by your institution. Please find out which billing address you need before booking to avoid the effort of changing the address. Full payment of the registration fee must be made at the time of registration by credit card.
Please note that a separate account is required for each participant, as the name badges and certificates are also managed via this account.
Author registration
Each accepted contribution should have its own conference registration. For integration into the conference program, one registration per submission is required by February 3, 2025.
IWMPI 2025 will be held as in-person meeting.

Full payment of the registration fee must be made at the time of registration by credit card. The amount is due immediately after notification of acceptance, latest together with the upload of your revised abstract or paper.
Registration for Authors
One registration is required for each accepted abstract or paper, respectively. Each corresponding author needs to be registered to the workshop latest on February 3, 2025.
Registration for Students
Reduced registration fees for students are only valid for students up to 27 years of age with a valid student ID. Please note: False student registrations do not allow for a cancellation and a complete refund, but will receive an invoice to cover the difference between the registration fees.
Cancellations
All cancellations and requests for refund must be made in writing and received on or prior to February 3, 2025. There will be a 100 € service charge for all refunds. Charges originating in the refund by bank transfer have to be paid by the payee.
In case of a cancellation after February 3, 2025 or a no-show, no refund will be made. False student registrations do not allow for a cancellation and a complete refund, but will receive an invoice to cover the difference between the registration fees.
You may appoint a replacement attendee at any time.
